What the Assessment Is
The GENEDGE Manufacturing Performance Diagnostics™ is a structured, on-site performance evaluation available at no cost to Virginia manufacturers, funded directly by the U.S. Department of Energy. The specialists who visit your facility will tour your operation in person and sit down with your leadership team on a schedule that minimizes disruption. The goal is to identify your greatest opportunities for improvement and give you a clear, sequenced roadmap for acting on them.
What the Assessment Covers
Every assessment is built around five focal areas — Digital Maturity, Energy Systems, Cybersecurity, Workforce Capability, and Process Excellence. Depending on your facility, the specialist scopes deeper into whichever pillars matter most to your operation, which can include:
